Production process and flow

The production process of wet wipes can be roughly divided into the following steps:

  1. Material preparation

– The main raw materials include non-woven fabrics, purified water, moisturizers, fragrances, preservatives, etc.

– The selection of non-woven fabrics should be determined according to the purpose of the wet wipes. Wet wipes for different purposes have different requirements for the softness, thickness, water absorption, etc. of non-woven fabrics.

  1. Solution preparation

– Prepare the corresponding solution according to the type and purpose of the wet wipes.

– The composition ratio of the solution should be strictly controlled during the preparation process to ensure its safety and effectiveness.

  1. Immersion process

– The non-woven fabric is immersed in the prepared solution through the impregnation device.

– The impregnation process should ensure that the non-woven fabric absorbs the solution evenly to achieve the best use effect.

  1. Cutting and folding

– The impregnated non-woven fabric is cut into appropriate sizes by a cutting machine.

– The cut non-woven fabric is then folded into a certain shape by a folding machine for subsequent packaging.

  1. Packaging

– The folded wet wipes are packaged by an automated packaging machine, for more information about the machines that appear in the production process, please check out our explanation in another blog (How to manufacture wet wipe in Huihao?).

– The packaging methods include single-piece packaging, multi-piece packaging and canned packaging.

– During the packaging process, the sealing must be ensured to prevent the wet wipes from drying out and becoming ineffective.

  1. Inspection and quality control

– The packaged wet wipes must undergo strict quality inspection to ensure that the products meet the standards.

– The inspection content includes appearance, size, wetness, pH value, microbial indicators, etc.

  1. Storage and transportation

– Qualified wet wipes products must be stored in a dry and cool environment, avoiding high temperatures and direct sunlight.

– During transportation, pay attention to moisture and sun protection to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation.
