2. Wet wipes with sterilization and disinfection functions

Some information about non-woven fabric customization
In Huihao’s household wipes manufacturing process, the conventional setting of non-woven fabric cutting size is 15cm*20cm. Of course, we can also customize the size according to the needs of the customer’s company.
We can easily customize household wipes formulas and patterns for different usage scenarios and help you build branded wipes product branches, such as floor wipes, furniture wipes, and glass wipes, giving you competitiveness that exceeds the market.
The viscose content of the fabric is usually 10%~30%, which is related to the touch and environmental protection of the fabric. The higher the viscose fiber ratio, the softer the touch. The viscose ratio and the number of wipes in a single package affect the product weight. The thickness and weight scheme can be tested and combined through our sample experiments.
Fabric weaving: straight or half-cross. Fabric pattern: pearl pattern, plain or grid pattern, etc. (For more patterns, please visit our blog). The fabric is woven by machine and has less customization freedom.

Regarding the stacking methods of wet wipes, we have listed the following common ones on the market.
Z-fold: This stacking method is also called “interlocking fold” or “C-fold”. Each baby wipe is folded in such a way that when one is taken out, part of the next wet wipe will automatically pop out, which is convenient for continuous use.
W-fold: This method is similar to the Z-fold, but each baby wipe will form multiple folds, which is usually used to increase the thickness and absorbency of each wet wipe. It is also convenient to take one after another.
Single fold: Each baby wet wipe is folded separately and stacked together. This method is generally used for boxed wet wipes and is suitable for taking out one at a time.
Multi-layer stacking: This method is usually used for larger-sized wet wipes or wet wipes with multi-layer structures. Baby wet wipes are stacked in multiple layers, which is suitable for uses that require thicker or more absorbent.
Roll stacking: Wet wipes are stacked in the form of rolls, and users can tear the required length from one end of the wet wipe roll. Commonly used for kitchen wet wipes or wet wipes for industrial use.
