1. half-cross weave

   half-cross weave is characterised by the interweaving points of the warp and weft threads being arranged in a slanting pattern at a certain angle, resulting in a unique twill pattern. This style is used in wet wipe cloth producing usually.

Advantages：

• More abrasion-resistant and durable, able to withstand more pulling and friction.
• Has better breath ability and absorbency to absorb liquids faster.

Disadvantage:

• The production process is relatively complex and costly, resulting in high product prices.

 

Twill weave wipes are commonly used in situations that require greater durability and absorbency, such as kitchen cleaning and car interior cleaning.

 

1. Straight weave

   Straight lay weaving is a kind of weaving method with the least number of interweaving points, and the warp or weft threads continuously float longer on the wet wipe fabric surface, thus making the fabric surface smooth, soft and with good gloss.

Advantages:

• The surface is very smooth and soft to the touch
• Has better stretch and elasticity for more comfortable use.
